A Mouse
By Rachel
Prologue
In the year 3000 an epic nuclear war erupted between the fifteen
most powerful countries in the world. Over the next hundred years
the earth was turned into a ball of cities and wastelands floating
in space. Then in the year 3110 we stopped them. WE ARE THE WASPS!!!!!
Chapter

03/05/3116
Fifteen year-old Matt knew that there was no time to lose, he
had to get the honey, and fast. As he moved his hovercraft towards
the target, he felt his craft lurch and sputter. Then, in one
violent motion, his craft exploded (or at lest the back end of
it did). Matt had to eject, but the fumes from the hyper engine
caused him to be woozy. He was on the brink of being knocked out.
Then he saw it. Matt reached for it, he felt it--then everything
went black.

When Matt awoke he was temporarily blind. Then, when his eyes
adjusted to the light, he saw he was in a stasis tank. The stasis
tank was in a room. The room had several other stasis tanks. He
tried to move his arms but it was too painful. Then he saw him.
He had seen him from Wanted posters and he had heard the wasps
talking about him. His name was Zanath, the rebel leader.
The man touched the glass and said, “You had
a nasty fall. What happened?”
“I was delivering honey to the wasps. How
did I get here?”
“You happened to pushed the eject button,
so you shot off like a rocket and we just happened to see it so
we picked you up.”
Matt said, “Where am I?”
“In the sewers of New York.”

15 months later
Matt had been out of the tank for about a year and he had explored
most of the sewer base. In that time he had found out that the
wasps had taken over 3 months before he was born, and his parents
had hidden from them. Two months after he was born the wasps had
found them and took them to separate slave camps. He was left
to die in there destroyed home, but he had learned how to survive.
When he was three he was caught by the wasps and put in his slave
camp with many other people. Matt had decided to find his parents
and save them.
