First - Sixth Grade Application

We accept applications throughout the year. Please contact us via e-mail or by phone at 530-478-7640. Please remember to include your name, phone number, and address if you want us to send you the application and brochure.

After we receive your inquiry we will mail you an application. You may also download our application (This is a PDF which may require installing the free Adobe Acrobat Reader).

After completing application, please mail it in or drop it off at the school office, along with a $50 non-refundable processing fee.

The next step in the process is for you to visit the school, if you haven't already, and take a tour and interview with the directors and teachers. If it is not possible for you to interview in person, we can "meet" over the phone.

Once we have your application, fee, and have completed the interview, we inform you of our deicison.
