The 'foundation years' at Ananda's Living Wisdom™ School.

This is the age when children develop an awareness of their physical and energy bodies, as well as of the world around them.

Children practice...

• Physical movement, exercise and fresh air help us become more comfortable in our bodies.
• Frequent walks and outings in nature help us develop a curiosity and reverence for the living world around us.
• The use of our imagination helps us expand our world and understand others.
• Yoga postures, quiet times and art help us get to know our inner self.
• Cooperation, kindness and healthy habits help us throughout our life.

Our preschool is for children ages 3-5 who are already potty trained. Preschool meets Monday-Friday from 8:30-12:00. Our afternoon program meets from 12:30 to 3:00 (call for days).

Our kindergarten meets Monday-Friday 8:30-12:30. We invite you to call and arrange a visit to our school and meet with our teachers.
